A visual resume is a special kind of resume that is either done on paper with images (photos of work, star ratings of skills, etc.) or made to be viewed on a computer. This can be helpful for job seekers with disabilities, because this type of resume is more descriptive.
Some computer resumes are “clickable” and made with software such as Microsoft PowerPoint. The employer can examine a section, for example, “Job Experience” and view photographs and other materials, even including video.
